Having moved over a dozen times across five different states since he was born, Sam is proud to call Tennessee his home. Having spent his formative years in both Chattanooga and Nashville, he's built a strong connection to the local community and the land that makes Tennessee so special. He currently lives in Columbia with his wife Cheyenne and their son Micah. They love to explore around downtown Columbia and Franklin, testing out the best coffee stops and local dives. They also enjoy taking their dog Callie for walks and hikes on sunny days. 

Sam was blessed to have an alternative education growing up, which instilled principles of discipline, independence, and a healthy lifestyle. He is a lifelong athlete, having played soccer, baseball, and lacrosse, which transitioned to cross country and track running in high school. Later, that developed into training and racing in triathlon, to most recently competing in endurance cycling at a professional level in the United States. He has competed in cycling events overseas in Belgium, and continues to race at Elite Pro level here in the US. 

Sam brings that same discipline and work ethic into the real estate world, and is eager to serve you to the best of his ability. His fresh energy and positive attitude shine through everything he does and wherever he goes. Building relationships and having a positive impact on people is Sam's top priority. He's always looking for new opportunities, so don't be surprised if you see him cycling on the backroads around Columbia, that's just his favorite way to scout out new properties.
